It doesn’t matter where we play, be it in India or Pakistan, as long as we have our process in check and execute our skills and plans proficiently, we should have no issues. We have match-winners who can single-handedly turn the game in our favor. Babar, Shaheen, Fakhar, and Imam are capable of doing wonders for us. It’s about putting everything together and managing pressure effectively.”
Speaking about Pakistan’s preparations and approach towards the World Cup, Waqar acknowledged that the pressure in modern-day cricket has increased, particularly in high-stake matches like the much-anticipated clash between India and Pakistan.
