🇵🇭 VA Required to Setup Client accounts within GoHighLevel (+other admin tasks) – Writing

Expanding marketing agency looking to recruit a rockstar virtual assistant to help us with client account setup tasks. Plenty of room for advancement and long-term employment if you’re competent, hard-working, and efficient. You will be required to set up client accounts in GoHighLevel as well as complete other admin-related tasks.

Bonus if you can set up Facebook ad campaigns. (If not, can teach you)

Skills required:

– Excellent English is a MUST (both written and spoken)
– Knowledge of GoHighLevel
– Competent Problem Solver

Technical requirements:

– Good Laptop/Computer (windows or mac)
– Fast and reliable internet connection

Experience:
Ideally you have previous experience with GoHighLevel and setting up client accounts. Also, you ideally have experience setting up Facebook ad campaigns.

Expect a long-term role with plenty of room for growth. Approx 2-4 hours per day to start, but this can grow if you are good!

Last month we signed 10 clients and we want to initially pay you $30 per new client account setup (+some miscellaneous tasks that may pop up during/after).

If performance remains similar or grows (we are growing rapidly), you can expect to make ~$300/m, maybe more! After a trial period, we want to pay you a flat retainer fee (as opposed to paying $30 per new client account setup)

Please also send a video/Loom with your written application explaining why you're the right person for the job. Big bonus if that video/Loom includes something about your GHL + FB ad setup experience e.g. showing us that you know your way around GHL and/or FB Ads Manager
