– Checking cameras
– Coordinating cleans
– Inventory management
– Checklist for cleaners
– Maintenance log
– Daily optimization (text)
– Maintaining property reports (finances/book keeping)
– Order supplies
– Filing claims
– Review management
– Responding to reviews
– Uploading new listings (experience doing the writeup for new listings)
– OTA PMS Integration  (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Hostfully, Pricelabs)
Help find handyman/cleaners/landscaping/snow clearance crew in areas we are operating
