Amazon virtual assistant – Graphic Designer

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing various aspects of our Amazon store, from product listings and inventory management to customer service and vendor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace and the ability to use data-driven insights to increase sales performance.
Responsibilities:
– **Product Listings:** Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon to maximize visibility and sales. Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.
– **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock. Handle logistics related to stocking and shipping.
– **Order Processing:** Manage the order fulfillment process, including coordination with warehouses and handling customer shipping inquiries.
– **Customer Service:** Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries, handling returns/ exchanges, and resolving any issues that arise.
– **Marketing:** Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, including promotional events, and SEO optimization.
– **Reporting:** Maintain records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions. Use data analytics to generate reports that help guide business decisions.
– **Vendor Relations:** Communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices, manage contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Amazon Assistant or similar role in e-commerce.
– Strong understanding of Amazon's Seller Central platform.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and software.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
