App development advice and consulting – Copywriter Job

Hey guys
I hope you're all well

I'm looking for a mobile app development consultant to give some high level advice on a project i have been working on
The project is in early phases and i'd like to hear your thoughts on what systems we should use it build it using and

This is the first app we will have developed as a team, so i'd like to know the pros and cons off all major routes and systems – with ballpark figures for implementing each
I will need this written and displayed in an easy to understand format that is not too technical at this stage

I'd also like to know the best route to get to market quickly to prove proof of concept (Builder.ai?) and then what routes would be used to grow on this to make a fully fledged app (Can it still be Builder.ai or similar, or will it need full custom development team)

I am in need of a specialist in this area who can think outside of the box

Please have some examples of presentations or documents you've used in the past to consult on other app developments
