Article about phytoactive plant – Blogging Job

I would like to create a post about the plant Withania somnifera and in specific focusing on its affects on  adrenal health and sleep, but also also for its praises as a very well-known sex tonic – it increase potency for men in the Ayurvedic traditions and it is translated as “strength of a horse” or the “Bringer of Sleep” (somniferin is the active compound which helps people to fall asleep and stay asleep – for sleeping issues)

In general:

Every monograph shall be partly about its traditional use, some fun facts (here it comes from Ayurveda) and a scientific studies with reference for the reader.

Language should be fun to read easy terminology or if it there is a scientific word that it is explained or obvious in the conetext. I still would need scientific claim and relevance.

I was imagining a story for an abstract to the article – a short introduction similar to a story intro to the full article.
