I have an existing web site with stripe integration and need to change the integration to a new stripe account.
This requires me to complete the PCI DSS self assessment questionnaire to obtain PCI compliance for stripe, as outlined here:

– Successfully request the enabling of this functionality via the Stripe support link
AND
– Able to to complete and obtain a current, complete PCI DSS self-assessment questionnaire for submission to Stripe
