Connect a Voiceflow / Voiceglow chat handoff to Gorgias for user and agent to chat together – Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to integrate the Voiceglow chat platform with Gorgias CRM, enabling a seamless handoff from AI-driven chat to live customer service agents. This role involves building and maintaining a robust solution that allows users to interact fluidly with a chatbot and transfer to a live agent upon request.

Responsibilities:

Develop and integrate a live chat feature that connects Voiceglow's chatbot platform with Gorgias CRM.

Implement a seamless transition mechanism in the chat interface that allows users to switch from chatbot interaction to live customer support agents without disruption.

Ensure all data captured by the chatbot is available to Gorgias agents to provide context for customer support.

Work with APIs from both Voiceglow and Gorgias to fetch and push data as needed.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance the integration based on user feedback and system performance.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a smooth and effective user experience.

Write clean, scalable, and documented code with security best practices in mind.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer.

Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with React.js for frontend development.

Experience with backend development, preferably with Node.js or Python.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating multiple systems.

Familiarity with websockets or similar technologies for real-time communication.

Knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Gorgias, and chatbot technologies, ideally Voiceglow.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
