Content Creator – Virtual Assistant job
We’re looking for a content creator based in Gujarat, India to create video content for our regenerative agricultural training arm, Materrapedia. Materrapedia consists of various short-form videos educating farmers on how to implement regenerative practices on their farms, while also showcasing case studies, interviews, success stories of farmers, and more. The ideal candidate will be comfortable creating and hosting these videos, and working closely with the agronomy team. A deep understanding of Indian social media particularly YouTube and Instagram is essential. Although not necessary, an agricultural background an interest in sustainability, and a growing personal social media account are highly desirable.
This is an initial three-month internship with the potential to extend either part-time or full-time depending on the project's success.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:-
Work with the agronomy team to create short-form video content that is both educational and engaging for the Indian cotton farming community.
Research key SEO terms and incorporate them into the content to achieve maximum viewership
Conduct research and interviews with farmers to understand what content is most relevant and useful for them.
Create content including videos and reels for Youtube and Instagram. This includes hosting videos and video editing.
Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws
Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand.
Create a robust feedback process to understand the performance of videos and make changes quickly.
Measure and report on analytics. Create, test, adapt, and reiterate quickly.
