About the Role:
Hacking HR seeks a creative copywriter and content creator to join our team.
This role combines HR knowledge and creative skills, ideal for someone who can produce engaging written and visual content.
This is a long-term job opportunity for the right person. There will be an opportunity to co-design this growing role, with full-time potential, and add responsibilities that support your development.
Responsibilities:
– Content Research: Identify and research relevant HR topics to develop fresh content.
– Social Media Content Creation: Use Canva to design eye-catching images and create engaging posts for platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn (2-3 posts daily).
– Copywriting: Craft compelling content for our Hacking HR newsletter and blog (2-3 pieces per week).
Requirements:
– Bilingual proficiency or advanced level in English.
– Comfortable with various writing tones: expository, persuasive, and descriptive.
– Impeccable spelling and grammar.
– Ideally, someone with experience in HR and content creation is needed.
– Strict adherence to original content creation; plagiarism will not be tolerated.
