Coupon Web App – Affiliate Marketer Job

We're looking to build a PWA coupon platform very similar to https://www.coupontools.com/
Main difference is that we need to have multiple URLs as each merchant may have different content plus tracking and reporting for each offer.
The UI & UX is important, so the layout has to be customizable.

Is this something you can do?
Do you work alone or do you have a team?
How long would it take you to build this?
Can you provide a cost estimate?

Finally, would you be available to continue working with us for continued support and maintenance?
