Custom wordpress plugin to track user activity – Virtual Assistant job

I need a custom wordpress plugin to track user activity.
Every time a user visits a page, I need to track this:
Date – Time – Username – UserEmail – UserRole – Page Visited – Page URL – Time Spent on page
Finally I need to download this data table as csv.
