1. Introduction
Invesday is seeking proposals from experienced software development agencies to assist in setting up our technology stack (cloud infrastructure, backend, front end) that will be the first version of our platform ( MVP) . This will also include creating an external landing page that acts as a portal into our platform, Invesday, an ed-tech & investing platform.
2. Project Scope
* Landing Page Development: Design and implement a dynamic landing page that includes standard business components (main page, about us, contact us etc) and a user login functionality, providing a seamless redirection to the Invesday platform. (Webflow, WordPress, etc).
* Cloud Infrastructure Setup: Setup a robust cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform to support scalable web application functionalities, including data storage, processing, and security.
* Security and Identity Management (IAM)
* Compute Engine / Virtual Machines
* Databases / SQL
* Storage and Web Services for file and image storage and fast loading
* Logging
* Backend Architecture: Develop a scalable backend using Node.js, ensuring integration with frontend operations. The backend will handle all server-side logic, an API layer, and integrations with the Invesday platform front end user interface , and will be designed for high security and data protection standards.
* Front End User Interface for Invesday: Guided by Figma designs provided by Invesday, and guided by our designer, build a front end interface, preferably using React, to empower Invesday user to use our platform.
Database Implementation:
* Primary Database: Design and implement PostgreSQL database schemas to robustly handle structured data such as user profiles, transaction records, and course data.
* Optional NoSQL Database: Implement MongoDB or Firebase Firestore for more flexible, schema-less data storage solutions like user settings and temporary data, enhancing the dynamic content management capabilities.
* Code Control and Intellectual property : Maintaining all software code and cloud infrastructure on an Invesday instance (Github)

6. Detailed Deliverables
List of Deliverables: Provide a comprehensive breakdown of each feature and element to be developed, including but not limited to user interfaces, system architecture, and interactive elements. Detail out the technical specifications, developmental tools, and languages to be used, accompanied by wireframes or prototypes where applicable.
Project Milestones: Define clear project milestones and phases, such as initial design, development, testing, and launch. Include estimated completion dates for each phase and align them with overall project timelines to ensure systematic progress tracking and adherence to schedules.
8. Submission Requirements
Proposal Details: Proposals should include a technical approach, previous project examples, and a clear action plan.
Delivery Timeline: Proposals must include a clear timeline of delivery and an SLA that includes a test plan and an ongoing support proposition.
10. Budget and Pricing

Payment Schedule: Define payment milestones aligned with project phases.
