Experienced CS-Cart Developer – Virtual Assistant job
JD: CS-Cart Developer
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain a CS-Cart-based e-commerce website, based on business requirements.
2. Customize CS-Cart themes, templates, and functionalities according to project specifications.
3. Develop custom add-ons and functionality for the CS-Cart platform to enhance website functionality.
4. Implement new features and enhancements to improve website usability and performance.
5. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to the CS-Cart platform, extensions, and integrations.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
7. Optimize website speed, security, and scalability.
8. Stay up-to-date with CS-Cart updates, patches, and best practices.
9. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams when required.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
11. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
12. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
13. Develop scalable and efficient solutions using the CS-Cart platform and related technologies.
Requirements:
1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 7 years of experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining e-commerce websites built using CS-Cart.
3. Proficiency in technologies such as PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and others.
4. Strong understanding of the CS-Cart architecture, database structure, and APIs.
5. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
6. Prior experience in developing custom add-ons and extensions for the CS-Cart platform.
7. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging abilities.
8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
10. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
