Experienced VA Needed for Lawmatics Account Management – Writing

We are looking for a skilled and experienced virtual assistant who is familiar with creating automations, updating retainer documents, updating workflows, and can handle specific assignments in managing our existing Lawmatics account. Our Lawmatics account currently has approximately 15 users, and we need someone who can efficiently handle the day-to-day operations and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
– Create automations within Lawmatics to streamline processes and improve efficiency
– Update retainer documents and workflows as needed
– Manage specific assignments within the Lawmatics account
– Coordinate with team members to ensure proper utilization of the platform
– Troubleshoot any issues that may arise within the account

Requirements:
– Proven experience in managing Lawmatics accounts
– Strong knowledge of creating automations and workflows within Lawmatics
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team
– Detail-oriented and organized
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
