Experienced WordPress Developer / Designer for part time position – Writing
Our company is seeking a part time WordPress developer who needs to be available during the day (USA East Coast) to handle client website work / issues / troubleshooting. This position will involve simple to advanced WordPress tasks as well as projects that include WordPress / WooCommerce / PHP / SQL / CSS, etc. An ability to update WP plugins and fix issues that they may introduce is a must.
We expect you to be available during our day shift so that we can at minimal chat online, a response within a few minutes is ideal. Monthly hours will vary depending on work available.
In this position you will rarely interact with our clients directly, you will work with our internal staff to coordinate all efforts.
Ideal candidate has years of WordPress development experience.
Has excellent communication skills via email / chat as well as verbal English.
Able to jump into existing WordPress sites, be comfortable with various themes, editors, plugins and know how to troubleshoot issues in a fast manner.
Candidates with a sharp eye to find and fix UI/UX issues is a big plus.
We use a combination of cPanel and Nexcess hosting, we expect knowledge of cPanel.
Knowledge of current WordPress / devops trends to make proper suggestion and recommendations.
Hourly Range: $20.00-$25.00
