Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to enhance the online visibility and search engine ranking of our Shopify-based e-commerce store. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of search engine optimization strategies, techniques, and best practices tailored specifically to Shopify stores.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Ahrefs to conduct thorough SEO audits, track keyword rankings, and monitor backlink profiles. Experience with additional SEO tools such as SEMrush or Moz is also advantageous.
Develop and execute a detailed SEO strategy to improve search visibility and organic traffic, ensuring alignment with our business goals and leveraging insights from Ahrefs and Google Analytics.
Regularly produce detailed reports using Ahrefs and other relevant SEO metrics to demonstrate progress and ROI from implemented strategies. Reports should include analysis of keyword rankings, traffic trends, link-building efforts, and recommendations for further optimizations.
Analyze competitor SEO strategies and performance to identify opportunities for improvement and competitive advantages.
Collaborate with our content team to ensure that all content is optimized for SEO, making use of Ahrefs to guide keyword selection and content strategy.
Proactively identify technical SEO issues and opportunities for improvement, including site speed optimization, mobile usability, and schema markup enhancements.
Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise in using Ahrefs for comprehensive SEO analysis and tracking. Familiarity with other SEO tools and platforms will be considered an asset.
Proven track record of achieving measurable SEO success, including improved rankings, increased organic traffic, and enhanced domain authority. Applicants should be prepared to share case studies or examples of previous work that demonstrate these outcomes.
Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for interpreting SEO data, drawing insights, and making well-informed decisions to drive strategic improvements.
