Utilize skills in building high-converting Shopify stores
Assist in daily operational tasks across various departments to ensure smooth business functioning.
Support the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance data.
Coordinate logistics, including order processing, inventory management, and liaising with shipping partners.
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing documents.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Engage in project management tasks as required, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Qualifications:
Excellent Shopify store building skills.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
