Automate sending out sending out ebirthday & christmas cards like:

Possibly using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) in Python. A contacts birthday would trigger the contact information to be extracted from FUB CRM, log in to thnks.com fill in the required information, and send the birthday card to the contact. Same with start date triggering gift card.
Automatically set them up with user accounts and saved property searches on our website parkercoboston.com every time a new user gets added to our google sheet. (google script) We will NOT use Zapier. The volume is too high and cost not feasible. Google script only.
