Graphic Designer for Hubspot email template – Blogging Job

I need a stylized HubSpot email template for a "news/blog" email to our customer/prospect database distribution.

There will be an opening;  Dear _________;  Here's what we're what we're talking about today…….
Following by a Feature Story  (Pic plus headline and caption with a redirect link to view the article on Substack)
Then followed by 3 more stories (with similar redirect) followed by a Footer (which has a calendly link, learn more and contact information.   

I have a spreadsheet with 25 headlines, captions and hyperlinks — along with photo for each article.  

Must be editable/modifiable for with different articles which we will drop weekly.  
MUST work with Hubspot.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$35.00
