GREAT little business in need of webshop and Hubspot – Copywriter Job
We produce and sell chemicals to farmers to help them control disease on their farm. We are a small founder lead business which has grown from operating out of a garage and a van to a small factory, 2 full time van drivers, and we are about to launch in the UK in addition to Ireland, where we currently are based. We have around 1000 live customers.
We do not have a website, and our customers contact us by whats app with their orders, we then manually write that in a book and we manage the whole process in a manual way. this is very time consuming and somewhat of a risk now considering the scale of the customer base.
We have loyal customers, but due to the lack of a good CRM system and no way for customers to buy online, we have lost some customers to competition.
We are not marketing people at all, but what i would like is a web based ordering portal so that farmers can buy our products on the web, and that automatically sets up a delivery in our accounting system.
Secondly, i would like to export all of our customer details from our accounting system and set up Hubspot as a CRM system for us to manage our customers better and to be able to communicate to them and to the wider audience using social media platforms. We currently have no CRM system at all. We do post some videos on tiktok and facebook and that has had great success but it is very amateur and we would love some help to professionalise in this area.
Thirdly I would like some help understanding how we can use hubspot and also the web based ordering system to really drive sales – basically we need some teaching and training.

You need to be
1) able to talk to me and communicate using simple language, I'm not at all techy.
2) understand what 'good looks like', and help get us set up with a best in class platform for customer ordering and customer relationship management
3) be able to work completely independently but check in regularly so we are aligned on what you are doing
4) understand a bit about GDPR so that we don't violate any laws or restrictions around customer data protection.
5) ideally you'd be on the European time zone, but that's not essential, if you have good relevant experience and the right attitude, I'd love to hear from you.
Hourly Range: $15.00-$50.00
