Help build an AI-powered voice platform – Copywriter Job

This is phase one of a larger project. Your role will be to connect Twilio to chatGPT using Whisper for TTS. The goal is to 1) create a simple, functioning voicebot using that tech stack and 2) establish and evaluate the possibility of continuing to work together on an hourly rate.

Requirements
. Freelancer, no agencies or companies
. North America or Europe physical location (not interested in massive timezone differential)
. Demonstrated experience with Twilio and OpenAI APIs and ChatGPT.
. A Twilio account. You will be added as a dev to my accounts. Twilio requires you to have your own account to do this.
. A gmail account for Google Workspace collaboration
. Detail oriented as proven by writing 'Eclipse' in your application
