Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of decentralized applications (DApps) and smart contracts.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven leadership experience in a technology-focused role, preferably as a CTO or technical lead.
Extensive knowledge of blockchain fundamentals and experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or others.
Strong understanding of decentralized application development, smart contract development, and web3 technologies.
Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary technical teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into technical strategies and roadmaps.
Demonstrated track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
