Inbound Sales Manager/Demand Generation Manager – Writing

Spike Technologies is on the lookout for a senior professional to lead our B2B marketing strategy. This role will include the content strategy, funnel design, ICP behavioral research, SEO, endorsement and PLG strategies. We are looking for a senior leader with deep domain expertise and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in B2B startups.

Responsibilities:

– Spearhead content marketing initiatives to establish our thought leadership and engage target audiences. Develop and implement SEO strategies, manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Medium) to attract target customers.
– Design and lead the company's Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy, fostering scalable customer acquisition and retention
– Collaborate with customers to craft compelling case studies that showcase real-world impact of our products and solutions.
– Customize targeting and positioning strategies to resonate with technical decision-makers like CTOs, Head/VPs of engineering.
– Develop persuasive marketing materials (white papers, decks, presentations) that empower both sales and marketing teams.
– Own lead generation for the outbound sales team, nurturing a high-quality pipeline.
– Maintain a close partnership with the GenAI product development team, providing market insights to guide product iterations and enhancements.
