Initial Site for Not For Profit org on Umbraco – SEO Job

This is a not-for-profit site for an organization which works in SE Asia. They have a variety of projects. We want a page for each project and other pages as described below.

I am a Software Engineer with a lot of experience in C# .NET but not in basic web site or graphical design. I have set up many basic sites and moved hosts and all so am pretty comfortable with CPannel, etc. I don't have a lot of time to figure out Umbraco and am not good at graphical design. So, I am asking for someone with experience in all this to help build out the basic site with some sample projects and to make sure we know how to add more projects with the menus linking to them and any hosting information we will need.
Then, I will take it from there to add in and modify the content and all.

Project Page Template:  (Start with 5 sample projects)
Brief Description
Carousel
Links to ‘Make a difference’ Page with Project Pre-selected.
Visitor’s Log: Picture and comments from people who have visited. We will enter these.
Project Blog: Blog with updates on the project. We need a separate blog for each project, or a common blog filtered by project. I want to show the subject and a summary of the blog post with the ability to click to see more. I would like to include a small picture along with text in the summary.

Make a difference Page:
This would have editable content which we can add later.
Ideally, I would like to have a carousel with pictures tagged by project. I would like to have a drop down / combo box to select the project. I would like the carousel to filter based on the project selected. I would also like to be able to link to this page from project pages and have the project pre-selected based on the page it comes from.

Our Story Page:
This would have editable content which we can add later.

Contact Us Page:

Basic contact info which we can add later.

It would be ideal if we could integrate the blogs with posts on the related Facebook Page feeds if possible.

Describe and provide links to examples of your Umbraco experience.

Describe any add-ons or other features you would suggest we add.
