Marketing & Project Manager – Blogging Job

I am seeking someone with a college degree in business/marketing who wants to put what they learned, to use.  

We are in the process of launching a new way to generate traffic for ANY TYPE OF BRICK N' MORTAR business  – FOR FREE by offering a high-value $100 Hotel Saver Gift that business owners can give away to anyone who asks for it.  It’s free for 30 days, then $95/mo.  In addition, we also provide an option for businesses to even CAPTURE the data (name and email) of unlimited customers who received the gift for a flat fee of $395/mo.    

There will be 3 areas we are looking for.  
1) LINKEDIN:  generate leads (names, personal emails, cell phone, and linkedin profiles), then send at least a hundred connection requests per day using multiple accounts (you will need navigator).  (NOTE: You will not get connection requests if they see you are from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Philippines, or if you have a non-American name/photo, so you will be required to change your profile.)    
2) SOCIAL MEDIA.  Going business groups – example restaurants and small retailer (clothing, furniture, shoes, cosmetics, coffee/pastry shops) and create compelling posts about what we offer.  If the reader is interested, they can send a DM with a keyword, and an autoresponder email will be sent explaining more along with a link to a landing page.  

3) You will also write ad copy/scripts, create video ads (no on-camera req), write blogs.
Adjust our website as needed.  Someone highly skilled with Elementor (for WordPress) and know how to edit pages and images for both desktop and mobile, knowledgeable about WooCommerce, a problem solver, skilled with Canva or any tool you've used before (especially video creatives).    

You MUST be available from 7am to 3pm PDT Monday-Saturday.  and speak and understand English fluently, with a crystal-clear accent.   

I want someone SHARP, who can think on their own, figure things out and make constructive suggestions. Brain-storming is good.  

You will start off at 20 hours for the first week.  If you do good, are quick, we will add more tasks and hours.

Hourly Range: $6.00-$8.00
