The Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven and data-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts on the Shopee platform across Singapore and Malaysia. You'll have a deep understanding of the Shopee marketplace and leverage its unique tools and features to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. If you're passionate about e-commerce and excited by the dynamics of Southeast Asia's online landscape, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing:
Optimize product listings on Shopee for optimal search visibility and appeal.
Manage product lifecycle, including listing creation, updates, and de-listings as needed.
Actively manage and resolve any product violations.

Promotions & Campaigns:
Strategically design and execute promotional campaigns using Shopee's Marketing Centre tools (vouchers, discounts, bundles, etc.)
Utilize Shopee Ads for targeted product promotion.
Explore and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies for both markets.
Investigate potential off-platform advertising channels to drive traffic to Shopee shops.
Collaborate with the team to plan and host engaging Shopee Live sessions.
Communicating with Account Managers for each shop in our platform for events and sales.

Customer Engagement:
Develop target-specific customer segmentation strategies for tailored marketing.
Nurture customer relationships using Shopee Chat Broadcast.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze Shopee Business Insights data to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing strategies.
Monitor key Account Health metrics to ensure shop compliance.

Seller Growth:
Actively participate in Seller Missions to earn benefits and rewards.
Stay updated on the Preferred Seller program and work towards achieving/maintaining that status.

Customer Service Support:
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to understand common inquiries and identify marketing solutions to address them.

Requirements:
Experience in e-commerce marketing, ideally with exposure to the Shopee platform.
Proven track record of success in driving sales and customer acquisition on online marketplaces.
Strong understanding of Shopee's marketing tools and features.
Data-focused mindset with excellent analytical skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for identifying opportunities.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Hourly Range: $4.00-$5.00
