Members Success Coordinator – Virtual Assistant job

About The Opportunity

Purify Your Gaze/IntimacyIQ is seeking a proactive and engaging Member Success Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a crucial team member, you will play a vital role in reconnecting with past and current members, encouraging program re-engagement, retaining customers, fostering loyalty, and maximizing the lifetime value of customer relationships for the benefit of the company. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting coaching services and inviting support as monthly donors.

Responsibilities

Call prospects and customers, fostering personal connections and facilitating new/repeat orders and subscriptions.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the Purify Your Gaze program to educate and address inquiries from potential members.
Reach out to past or inactive members for activation and retention purposes.
Contact existing customers to gauge interest in coaching services.
Utilize email outreach to warm leads before calls or at various stages of the engagement process.
Process new orders and subscriptions using Infusionsoft and Stripe platforms.
Update individual member records in our CRM (Infusionsoft) with relevant information.
Activate and orient new customers, ensuring they understand how to maximize program benefits.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales, capturing valuable information.
Collaborate with team members via Hive and Zoom to gather insights related to customer experience.
Handle general customer engagement tasks to enhance team efficiency.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns effectively.
Developing and implementing retention strategies to reduce customer churn rates and increase customer loyalty.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Developing and executing customer engagement programs to keep customers actively involved with the company's products or services.
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Analyzing retention metrics and preparing reports to track retention performance over time.
Providing training and support to frontline staff on customer retention best practices and techniques.
Continuously evaluating and refining retention strategies based on feedback, performance metrics, and changing customer needs.

What We Are Looking For

Strong verbal communication skills.
Comfortable in soliciting personal donations.
Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
Proficiency in relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in English.
Skilled in negotiation and handling complaints.
Persistent and results-oriented.
Patient and able to handle rejection.
Good team player—takes instructions well and follows a system.
Experience working virtually.
Have experience in customer service roles, particularly in engagement, issue resolution, and ensuring satisfaction.
Are familiar with retention strategies to encourage re-engagement, foster loyalty, and maximize customer lifetime value.
Proactively reach out to past and current members, identifying engagement opportunities and implementing retention strategies.
Possess strong organizational skills to manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and ensure timely member follow-up.
Demonstrate empathy towards members' experiences and challenges.
