Ninjatrader8 divergence indicator – Social Media Manager

Please look at the images, can you create for me a simple Divergence Signal Indicator based on the Stochastics K line, as follows:

Every time we have two swing highs or Lows where the second Swing is at least within Two ticks of the first swing.
With the first swing the Stochastics K having closed over the extreme levels and the second Swing closed inside the extreme levels, it's a valid divergence.
But we need at least 3 down bars and 3 up bars in between so it's Double Top or Double Bottom.
And The Signal is not valid until we have a second Swing validated which will be after 3 closed reversal bars
