As part of our expansion, we are looking to recruit a talented and versatile Assistant Manager capable of overseeing two key projects: the creation of dynamic advertisements and the production of professional product pages for our site.

✨ Responsibilities:

– Coordinate and supervise tasks related to the creation of advertising content and the management of product pages on Shopify, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet our brand's quality standards.
– Work closely with our team of content creators, graphic designers, and marketing specialists to develop innovative advertising strategies and optimize our product presentations.
– Manage communication between teams and proactively resolve issues to maintain smooth project progression.
– Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns and product pages to identify improvement opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
– Regularly report on project progress to management.

✨ Required Skills:

– Proven project management experience, preferably in the e-commerce and/or advertising sector.
– Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in French.
– Ability to work independently while being an effective collaborator within a multidisciplinary team.
– Knowledge of Shopify, Camtasia, and content creation tools such as Canva, DeepL, ChatGPT, and Elevenlabs is a plus.
