A. B. Set up Sales funnel:

b. Short programs – videos
c. Longer programs – live
d. Initial digital marketing for visibility –
e. Data analytics of conversions, traffic, watch time
C. Optimize Sales Campaign –
a. Shape of items for Sale – live vs on-demand
b. Graphic offers – design, layout, click thru
c. Which ads….
d. A and B testing
e. Data analytics what is working, needs fix
NOTE THAT PART C. MIGHT BE A SEPARATE PROJECT-JOB  depending upon what results are achieved in Parts A-B and thus a separate budget.
