Part-Time Google Workspace Expert – Streamlining Event Operations – Translator job

Do you love Google Workspace and have a knack for automation and process optimization?

We're a small event and entertainment business looking for a part-time Google Workspace whiz to help us streamline our operations! You'll be the mastermind behind automating tasks between Google Forms, Sheets, and Docs, designing and optimizing processes to make our lives (and our clients' lives) easier.

Responsibilities:

Design and optimize workflows using Google Forms, Sheets, and Docs to improve efficiency in data collection, analysis, and document creation.
Build templates and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and optimize overall event management processes.
Integrate Google Workspace tools with existing event management systems (if applicable) to streamline workflows.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to staff on Google Workspace functionalities.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Workspace features and recommend helpful tools to further optimize operations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience using Google Forms, Sheets, and Docs for automation tasks and process design.
Strong understanding of formulas and functions in Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Passion for event management and organization is a plus!

Hourly Range: $6.00-$10.00
