Patient Care Coordinator ( Spanish Speaker ) – Affiliate Marketer Job
(Permanent Work From Home, Full Time, 9AM-6PM EST~ Monday to Friday)
Starting Salary: $125-$160/week

Qualifications:
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably has Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and US Medical/Health Care CSR background
Strong command of the English and Spanish language
Proficient in a computer such as MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Availability to work in US working hours
Can work ASAP.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and referral source (Inbound/Outbound calls). Address any inquiries, provide information of status of medical equipment, and guide the patient on choosing the right equipment.
Coordinate with Intake and Delivery Department regarding the status of the Patient’s order to ensure all orders will be delivered within 48 hours and sent to the Billing Department.
Received all documents from emails, faxes, and other portals; renamed, and uploaded documents to Patient’s folder and chart.
