Personal Virtual Assistant – Social Media Manager
I am in search of a personal virtual assistant who can help me manage my busy life and schedule. I am a full-time worker, a mom of two, and I manage two side businesses — a vacation rental and an online sourdough bakery. I am responsible for taking care of every single person in my family, so I am looking for someone who can help me organize my life and give me some time to breathe.
## Job Responsibilities
– Managing my calendar and scheduling appointments
– Helping with my personal tasks
– Helping manage my online bakery business by responding to inquiries, managing and assisting with the bakery orders, bookkeeping and helping with some minimal marketing and WhatsApp group managing
– Assisting in managing household tasks such as scheduling appointments for home maintenance, helping with meal planning, groceries, other shopping needs
– Assisting with email management and correspondence
– Helping with planning and organization of family events and activities
– Managing the household helper and assigning their schedules and tasks
– Any other administrative tasks that arise
## Skills and Qualifications
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Strong communication skills
– Proactive and able to work independently
– Experience as a personal assistant would be a plus
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
– Reliable and trustworthy
