Overview
We are seeking a quote for the development of a SAAS web application developed on bubble.io platform. We are specifically looking for an estimated range of development hours necessary to build out features which are in scope for this project. We are also looking for an overview of the proposed developmental approach inclusive of development diagrams, build checkins, devops, core development, and proposed design & archicture within the Bubble.io environment. A project brief along with further scoping materials will be provided to those who are chosen to quote for this work.
High Level Quote & Project Requirements
1. Platform and Infrastructure:
a. Cloud Services: The application will obviously be hosted and managed on Bubble.io following best developmental and platform practices relative to this ecosystem.
b. Web-Only Access: this application is to be accessed and used exclusively through a web browser interface, optimized for both performance and aesthetics across major browsers.
2. 2. User Features:
a. User Accounts: the product will contain user types with either view and/or edit access, along with an admin user type for universal setup/configuration, editing, and monitoring of user accounts
b. User Account Management: Secure login/logout processes, password recovery, and user profile management.
c. Authentication and Security: Implementation of standard security practices for data protection and to prevent unauthorized access.
3. 3. Admin Features:
a. Admin Dashboard: A comprehensive dashboard for administrators to manage users, view critical metrics, and access controls.
b. User Roles and Permissions: Ability to assign roles and specific permissions to both users and admin staff.
4. 4. Backend Requirements:
a. Database: Use of a relational database to store and manage application data with high integrity and availability.
b. Dynamic Analytics: Backend support for real-time data processing and analytics that update dynamically on the user interface based on combinations of user-selected filters and criteria.
5. 5. Billing Integration:
a. Embedded Billing System: Integration of a billing system to manage subscriptions, invoicing, and payment processing. This system should support different payment methods and currencies.
Quote Deliverables
• Estimated range of developmental hours required to build feature sets identified in supplied project material
• Summary of estimated ideal developmental approach including devops, recommended feature milestones / gates, and proposed design architecture
• Identification and estimation of any other associated costs; infrastructure, plugins or necessary third party applications, etc.
