We’re looking for an experience “SEO pro or (extremely competent rising talent) to help us complete our already map out SEO plan.  We’re looking for someone who has a real understanding on how to build a brand via organic search and all things Google "WHITE HAT SEO" and understands what Google is looking for. You must  know technical, on-page and off-page SEO optimization strategies and how to make recommendations before implementation through meticulous planning. We also need to have a way to review the effectiveness of the work “as it happens”,  so questions can be ask and course corrections can be made so we don’t end up with an endless string of worthless link building and blog posts 2 months later that we cant get rid of.….VERY IMPORTANT!!!.

We also have a very specific way of working and the most important quality we’re looking for in a freelancer is someone who understand the value of “METICULOUS PLANNING & EXECUTION”. This means we need someone who can and will bring their “A” game. While we don’t know everything, we do know what we want and we know what we’re doing , however, we’re also open to recommendations, guidance and ideas at the same time

The “first step in our process is the “METICULOUS PLANNING” followed by “METICULOUS EXECUTION” in concert with second to none “REPORTING AND ACCOUNTABILITY”. That also means the full job will not be awarded until we have a full PROPOSAL/ACTION PLAN  prepared, reviewed and ready to go. We will allocated some initial hours for the planning after you provide a standard test proposal before awarding the job.

The final proposal /action plan must be done in a very specific way (in a template we designed)  in an excel format that will provide for hourly compensation, accountability, work monitoring and progress reporting etc.

If your approach is to send auto generated SEO reports every month to the client so they can try to figure out if the work is being done effectively and/or you don't like being accountable while being paid for the work, then this gig is not for you and we would appreciate if you’re not comfortable with the above details then do not waste your time and do not submit for this job.
