Real Estate SEO Expert Needed – SEO Job

I am a real estate investor looking to bring an SEO expert onto my team.

I have a goal of dominating a geographic area within one U.S. state with SEO keywords for homeowners who want to sell their home quickly because they have a distressed home or a distressed situation.  We will begin by targeting keywords and key areas within this state, then expand outward as we see the results working.

The expert I want to hire should have experience researching other companies in this same space who also focus on this area and learning what their keywords are, listing out the keywords we should focus on, and map out a plan for the next 6-12 months.

This expert should have a deep understanding of SEO with practical and actual experience in the real estate field, understand the working of inbound lead generation, and be able to direct and teach me how and why we will do what we will do.  

I will be looking to you to make recommendations on budget.  We will start slowly and work our way into bigger results.  I would like you to help me with recommendations on landing page design, assist me in optimizing the site and other pages for SEO results, and provide guidance on long term strategies.  

You will have a set but predictable budget to work with.

Please provide relevant examples of how you have helped other investors with this same type of work.  

Hourly Range: $5.00-$7.00
