Project Overview:
Our Shopify website allows customers to upload images to create custom frames. However, we've encountered two error codes (Error 413 & Error 403) when customers attempt to checkout with images exceeding 2k in resolution. We need an experienced backend developer to resolve these issues and ensure seamless order processing.
Scope of Work:
1. Error Code Resolution: Identify the root cause of Error 413 and Error 403 during image uploads and implement server-side solutions to prevent them.
2. Server-Side Optimization: Make necessary adjustments on the backend to accommodate image uploads of varying resolutions without encountering errors.
3. Smooth Order Processing: Ensure that customers can successfully complete their orders without disruptions caused by image upload issues.
We believe it has to do with the file size. Also, we are using a Cpanel sharing hosting and we are willing to change to another provider like Digital Ocean if it's better.
