Shopify automation – Graphic Designer

My company sells e-books to their website customers. Right now when a customer is placing an order for an e-book the process is as follows:
We have uploaded all our books on Google Drive already. When a customer is placing an order one of us manually opens the relevant Google Drive link to that file pertaining to the product ordered and adds the customers, Gmail or Google workspace ID to that file and give access to customers email and also limits the access to six months.

We are looking for someone who can automate this bit of process for us. Basically when a customer places and order on our website, the automation should understand which product was ordered and based on that the automation should share the link to the customer email ID by sending an email which is available on Shopify order and also assign an expiration date to that  Email ID. If required, I can hop on a quick call to show the demo of what we are doing currently.
