Skilled Independent Flutter Web App Developer for iOS & Android – Writing

WorkerLot.com seeks a passionate, caring, highly logical, quick, responsible, expert, versatile, multi-role Flutter Mobile Web App developer and also ASP.NET WEB DEVELOPER(preferably one person who can code both).

WorkerLot is similar to Uber or Writing, but for day-laborers. We have a .Net MVC web-platform (Website, Backend, API calls) and two working Flutter apps (Homer and Worker (like Rider and Driver)) that are similar to the website for Both iOS and Android. We have 90% readiness.

Be advised, this is a complicated project API calls,  map pages, search functionality, job type, radius, address, pins with details and those details open and expand to the next page, push notifications, badge icons, pop ups and warning boxes,api calls, admin panel etc (Check out the website, create two users and get yourself familiarized if you’re interested) This is a fixed price contract. I cannot let you take a look inside the code, it's proprietary, just assume the code is not ideal and could use improvements. The app are in both iOS and Google play store.

Must be familiar with Xcode and iOS. Prefer someone with a macbook. If you don't have a mac that's fine, you can remote access my mac.

Budget is very limited. Looking for a long-term working relationship, if someone goes above and beyond and is caring enough and a good match, will consider a hired salary position, but for the foreseeable future, this is a contract position. If you stay with the company and we start to generate income, you will be hired.

Good communication skills are a must. Must be very responsive and quick. I want daily updates and strategic discussions about the apps. Need someone that answers quickly and is not afraid of communicating and when things get hard, don't give up easily and keep trying until the job is done.

Need someone that can get the job done on the first try to save time and effort, must do what needs to be done in the end, at the beginning. Looking for someone with special attention to details and also having an understanding of the big picture. Someone that is not affected by the news in the world, I’m a muslim and you have to be comfortable working with me and taking orders from me. The news doesn't affect your performance. This is not an hourly job, this is a fixed price contract job, so bid your price accordingly.

Must be a self starter and someone that cares passionately for the job, must answer quickly and deliver the job quickly and have profound respect for time. I don't want to haggle over price, if we agree on a project, must deliver quickly without asking for extra money, bid accordingly on the job, if its taking you more time than you first guessed, it's not my fault, it's your responsibility to deliver and you should propose your price based on your abilities and time frame. It's your job to deliver within the time frame and the money you agreed on. If you made a lot of mistakes and did a sloppy job, it's your responsibility to go back and fix your mistakes and bring the job up to the specifications, without extra pay. You cannot deliver a half done job and expect full payment. Must be up to specs. I want someone that will go above and beyond for the job because I care deeply and have passion for the job. I don't have to emotionally babysit you through thick and thin. You can ask as many questions as you like to get the job done, this is preferred, ask many questions in the beginning to avoid mistakes and get the job right in the first try. Motivation and consistency is the important factor here. Weekend is for children, similar to work life balance. The key is work life harmony, there's time to rest after the job is done. considering the time difference, I cannot stay up too late until 4am every night for you…. try to work from morning to noon, that time is my evening in this time zone and I can reply quickly and effectively, if you have questions send messages in Whatsapp…

I don’t want to hire a third party company. I want to work with independent freelancers.
Budget is low and a third party company takes commission, I want the money to go to the developer. Looking for good honest hard working people. I’m hiring you, this is a small operation. I don’t have any income. Don’t assume anything. This is like a small family company. After each milestone the source code will be uploaded to github and files sent over to me.
