A Strong Communicator – Clear written communication is critical for success in this role. You’ll be supporting us with outbound recruitment on LinkedIn, as well as overseeing various steps of our hiring process, so strong communication skills are a must.
Proactive – Is a self-starter who won’t take no for an answer. You hate being micromanaged and figure things out on your own. You love to learn and are always trying to grow. You’re excited to wake up and start searching for someone who’s the perfect fit for our next incredible hire.
Organized – Does what they say they are going to do. It should drive you nuts when someone doesn’t follow through. Deadlines, proactive communication and just getting shit done is what you’re about.
Positive – Looks for what they can do better and doesn’t make excuses or blame others when things don’t go well. You’re a team player and bring a positive energy.   
Detail-Oriented – We’ll train you on our systems, but you’ll need to keep a close eye on the details. As a little test of your attention to detail, please include the words “I’m Your Rockstar VA” in the question about timezones.

This job can be done from anywhere and any timezone, but you must be able to overlap all or most of your working hours within 9AM to 5PM EST.

Responsibilities Include (But are not limited to):

Linkedin management including connections and content ideas
Building outreach lists
Using AI to increase productivity on tasks
Supporting reporting on the client side.
Pulling reports and extracts for us on a weekly / monthly basis
Helping with QA within the agency
Clickup maintenance and management  
Support with basic bookkeeping
Proactive outreach to candidates on LinkedIn who fit desired job descriptions (provided by us).
Building a database of qualified candidates for key roles.
Support with recruitment tasks

Salary and Benefits:

Salary is dependent on experience  ($10-25 USD / hour)
5-15 hours per week, with availability between 9AM and 5PM EST. Length of employment will depend on success of initial hire. We will have a trial period of 4 weeks to see if it is a good fit from both ends.
Flexibility to work from anywhere (Remote)
