Role Overview:
As our Social Media Content Creator & Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence across various social media platforms. Your mission? To captivate audiences, drive sales, and foster a vibrant community around our films. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Social Media Magic:
• Regular but minimal posting on social media channels (Instagram & Facebook).
• Craft compelling captions, share behind-the-scenes glimpses, and ignite conversations.
• Use your creative prowess to make our films shine in the digital spotlight.
Website Wizardry:
• Update our website on average 1x per quarter.
• Ensure our online hub reflects our latest projects, news, and events.
• Proficiency with Squarespace and WordPress.
Community Cultivation:
• Engage with followers authentically.
• Build a loyal community around our brand.
• Foster altruistic connections that go beyond mere transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: You’ve got at least 1 year of experience running social media for media companies, especially those with video and film components.
• Attention to Detail: You meticulously review content, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every post. From crafting compelling captions to selecting the perfect image, your eye for detail elevates our social media presence.
• Creative Vision: You see social media as a canvas for storytelling. Your posts are more than pixels; they’re narratives waiting to unfold.
• Independent Spirit: While you’ll have occasional meetings with our team, you thrive when working independently.
