Store Manager – Sweden Dropshipping Website – Virtual Assistant job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dropshipping Store Manager to join our team and oversee the efficient operation of our Shopify store. As our Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our business, including customer support, supplier management, and product listing.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the customer support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
Oversee supplier relationships, including communication,
Manage the Shopify product listing process, including uploading new products, updating descriptions, and optimizing listings for maximum visibility and sales.
Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales.
– Work Closely with the Customer support team so all communications runs smoothly
– We are working with Klarna so disputes needs to be as low as possible
– Work with the product lister team so all products/collections are getting listed correctly
– Monitor performance and come up with ideas.
– Make sure the overall process runs super smooth and products are getting shipped on time.
– We will also give a % from the profit.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing a successful dropshipping store, preferably in the Shopify platform.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and team members professionally and efficiently.
Proficiency in Shopify, including product management, order processing, and analytics.
Knowledge of dropshipping best practices, including supplier sourcing, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
