Superstar VA / Editor for long-term support – Data Entry Job

We are a subscription website with daily data-driven content and weekly editorial content. We need a megastar VA with AMAZING written English to take on a selection of duties from the CEO.

This is a demanding role where you'll need to learn the subject matter fast; and where your attention to detail will set you apart from other applicants.

Over time, you'll assume responsibilities in the following areas:
– Editing
– Email management
– Basic bookkeeping
– Social Media management
– Writing
– SEO
– Other things I don't yet know I need your help with

We'll start with the first two on the list. Both will demand outstanding written English as well as organisational skills.

For *editing*, you'll receive three long-form articles a week that require a polish. Our writers are excellent but one needs help with grammar and a second tends to lack a flourish in his sentences (although his research is industry-leading).

You will make them look absolutely fantastic.

For *email management*, you'll bring my inbox jungle under control. We'll agree a folder structure, allowing you to file things for me; and you'll create draft responses and save them for my consideration and approval. Over time, I'll trust you to hit 'send' on my behalf.

Later on, I'll ask you to file my invoices and receipts and perhaps to do the monthly accounting tallies. Nothing difficult about this, but another process to master and a little more trust from my side to your side.

Still later, we'll look at social media content management and engagement. This is the least important element and if it's not a good fit, no problem; I'll ask someone else to help with that.

And, at some point, we'll come full circle with you taking control of creating content briefs, running them through an AI writing tool called Frase, and then partially rewriting them to be a-maz-ing unique pillar content.

There will be other tasks, too, which I probably don't even know at this stage.

In summary, if you're a wizard editor and communicator with the English (UK) language and you have 15-30 hours a week available, I'd love to hear from you.

Please, please, please don't waste your or my time if you are not 100% confident you fit the brief of what I'm looking for. I'm good to work with, but very demanding. Thank you for taking time to read this, and to note the stipulations I have made.

Hourly Range: $5.00-$11.00
