Travel planner – German speaking – Copywriter Job

We will stay at a hotel at Monbijouplatz in Berlin that is without a lecture room. Your task will be to write emails and make phone calls to find an appropriate lecture room. We could access a normal conference room (which is expensive), but I have some ideas that we could check if there are restaurants/cafés that want to serve us breakfast in a chambre separée where we could also have the lecture, or perhaps we could try and see if there are churches close to us with meeting facilities.
