UI/UX Designer with Product Design Influence – Affiliate Marketer Job

Introduction:
We are on the lookout for a seasoned UI/UX Designer who will not only focus on designing interfaces but also contribute significantly to product design decisions. The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of how to enhance user experiences and be actively involved in shaping the direction of our B2B SaaS application.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design of intuitive and engaging dashboards for our SaaS application, overseeing the entire design process from concept to implementation.
Collaborate with the product team to influence product design, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
Use Figma to develop high-fidelity prototypes and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
Analyze user interactions and data to continuously improve the usability and effectiveness of the application.
Work closely with developers, marketers, and product strategists to integrate UI/UX design seamlessly with overall product strategy.
Requirements:

Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly within a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong portfolio featuring dashboard design.
Strong skills in Figma and other relevant design tools.
Excellent understanding of user experience principles and design optimization for enhancing user satisfaction.
Ability to think strategically about product design and contribute innovative ideas.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a knack for presenting ideas and designs effectively.
Desirable:

Background in working with cross-functional teams to design and refine technology products.
Passion for staying updated on the latest industry trends and design best practices.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$40.00
