UX Research
– Proactively email users and ask for feedback
– Conduct recorded UX Research sessions
Support
– Monitor user signups and usage patterns
– Monitor and respond to support tickets
Marketing
– Write tutorial blogs and user guides for the product
– Research influencers
Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
