Virtual Assistant – Affiliate Marketer Job
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to provide top-notch communications, email management, and administrative support. Experience in the ecommerce world, particularly with Shopify and Amazon, is a significant advantage. Additional skills in digital marketing and design software are a welcome bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Management & Communication:
Triage, organize, and prioritize email inbox efficiently
Draft professional email responses and handle customer inquiries
Create email templates for recurring communications
Manage email lists and campaigns (if needed)
Administrative Support:
Calendar management and scheduling appointments
Travel planning and booking arrangements
Data entry, research, and report preparation
Creation of presentations and documents
Ecommerce Support (Valuable Asset):
Familiarity with Shopify or Amazon Seller Central for order processing and customer support
Basic product listing creation and optimization
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Digital Marketing: Understanding of email marketing, social media, or basic SEO concepts
Design: Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma for image editing and graphic creation
Microsoft Suite: Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
Strong track record of providing excellent administrative support
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Self-motivated with a passion for delivering top-notch service
