Virtual Assistant for Inbox Management, Calendaring, and Social Media – Affiliate Marketer Job

We are seeking a fully remote Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with inbox management, calendaring, social media, Canva, video editing, fluent in chat GPT, and running online errands. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

    Responsibilities:
    – Manage and organize email inbox
    – Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
    – Create and schedule social media posts
    – Edit videos and create engaging content
    – Utilize Canva for graphic design tasks
    – Provide support in chat using GPT technology
    – Assist with online errands as needed

    Requirements:
    – Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
    – Proficient in inbox management and calendaring
    – Strong knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools
    – Ability to edit videos and create visually appealing content
    – Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design software
    – Fluent in chat GPT for efficient communication
    – Excellent time management and multitasking skills
    – Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup

    This is an ongoing full time job for a long term basis. We are looking for an intermediate-level Virtual Assistant with prior experience in similar roles.

Hourly Range: $4.00-$5.00
