Virtual Assistant/ Right Hand – Graphic Designer

1. Building a Database of Potential Clients
Objective: Efficiently construct a detailed database of prospects in the online gaming, betting, and lottery sectors to enhance targeted outreach.

Key Results:
Deliverable:
Compile a list of at least 100 qualified prospects by the end of the contract.
Gather comprehensive contact information for each prospect, including name, position, company, email, and phone number.
Use advanced search tools (i.e. LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo) for data collection.
How to:

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator:
Start a Sales Navigator Trial: If you don’t already have access, LinkedIn offers a trial period where you can test its advanced search features.
Advanced Search: Use the search filters to narrow down your prospects based on your predefined criteria. Filters can include location, industry, company size, and current company.
Save Leads and Accounts: As you find potential prospects, save them as leads and organize them into lists for easy management.
Leverage ZoomInfo:
Subscription Access: ZoomInfo requires a subscription to access its database. Start with a demo or trial if available.
Search by Criteria: Similar to LinkedIn, use ZoomInfo to search for prospects by job function, industry, geography, and company size.
Download Contacts: Export contact details such as name, company, job title, email, and phone number.
Use Other Industry-Specific Databases:
Depending on your industry, there may be specific databases or directories that can be useful. For example, iGaming Business directory for the gaming industry.
Organise the Data:
Use a spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organize the data you collect. Include columns for Name, Position, Company, Email, Phone Number, and any other relevant information.

2. Cold Outreach Strategy
Objective: Actively engage with potential clients through cold outreach to introduce Matteblck Ltd.'s services and explore partnership opportunities.
Key Results:
Respond to 20x relevant job ads in line with previously delivered projects by reaching out to the job poster and offering our services with the upside of no FTE cost.
Conduct 25 cold call/ direct messages via LinkedIn targeting high-potential leads and achieving at least 10 substantive conversations recorded in note form for each contact.
Schedule 10x meetings between potential clients and senior management within one month after identifying and noting down client needs.

3. Enhancing Brand Visibility through Industry Publications (Bonus/ Optional)
Objective: Establish and promote thought leadership by securing media features within industry-specific publications.
Key Results:
Secure 3x interviews and 4x guest articles with reputable publications such as iGaming Business, Gambling Insider or other tech-oriented publications.
